Once we receive and begin fulfillment of your order, no changes are able to be made including size or color changes changes and order cancellation. 

Please email shopify@agapematch.com if you have received a defective or incorrect item within 14 days of delivery date. An incorrect or damaged item will be replaced ASAP if deemed eligible.

When submitting a claim please include the following to be eligible for a replacement:

• Your order number
• Name on the order
• Email you used to place the order
• Photo of the item
